Description of battery warranty conditions

  • The validity of the battery warranty is 12 to 18 months after the date of installation. (It varies based on the type of sale)

  • If the battery is not installed more than 6 months from the date of delivery, it will void the warranty.

  • From the date of sale of the product, the buyer has a 6-month installation deadline so that the product includes a 12-18-month warranty.

  • The warranty is subject to the correct use of environmental conditions and the absence of impacts, infiltration of liquids and other objects inside the device, and non-manipulation of the device by personnel outside the company.

  • In case of suspension of the company, the obligations arising from the guarantee and warranty of the devices for a period of 5 years after the purchase shall be the responsibility of the settlement manager of the company or the company introduced in the minutes of the suspension or liquidation.

  • The cost of consumables is calculated by taking into account the time elapsed during the warranty period and is collected from the buyer to provide the warranty.

  • During the warranty period, in case of problems and breakdowns, the cost of sending a technician for installation and commissioning or carrying out repairs at the customer’s place or sending the goods to the nearest agency or parent company is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • The cost of installation along with the expert’s transportation is free for the first time, and for moving or service, a fee will be charged according to the tariff.

  • The place where the battery and accessories are installed must have a proper ventilation system. Failure to have a proper ventilation system will invalidate the warranty.

  • Installing the battery by unauthorized persons will invalidate the warranty.

  • Installing a battery in an inappropriate space with a non-standard working capacity will invalidate the warranty.

  • Installing the battery in a non-standard place contaminated with chemicals and acids that cause corrosion and decay will invalidate the warranty.

  • Moving the battery after installation by the representative of this company without informing the parent company will invalidate the warranty.

  • Overall or partial breakage of the body, frame and bolt, or inaccuracy in use and maintenance, as well as damage caused by battery transportation, will invalidate the warranty.

  • A battery charger or discharger that exceeds the standard will void the warranty.

  • The presence of arc or spark on the battery will invalidate the warranty.

  • The temperature of the battery installation environment should be between 20C and 25C degrees ; Failure to comply with the standard will void the warranty.

  • The place of installation and storage of batteries should be dry and away from moisture and direct sunlight; Failure to comply with the standard will void the warranty.

  • Using a second-hand battery next to a new battery will damage the new battery and void the warranty.

  • Technical defects that result from mechanical impact, water, fire, or any incorrect use or contrary to the standard instructions cause the warranty to be invalidated; Obviously, it is the responsibility of the representative of the parent company to diagnose it.

  • Unforeseen events such as fire and earthquake will invalidate the warranty.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the warranty card, and if the warranty card is not available, the service will not be provided free of charge, and any service will be charged.

  • The warranty card belongs to the owner of the battery and must be kept with the owner, and a duplicate card will not be issued if it is lost.
